# Equil

> Biometric sacred-geometry visualizer. Your body drives the geometry and sound.

Equil turns live biometric data from your Apple Watch (heart rate, HRV via ECG, and stillness) into generative sacred geometry and responsive audio. As your nervous system settles, the geometry opens and becomes more symmetric. As you activate, it tightens. There is nothing to read and nothing to do but be here.

## What it does

- Biometric ingest: Apple Watch Ultra 2 via Health Auto Export → /webhook
- Generative geometry: flower of life, petal rings, Metatron topology — driven by coherence score
- Responsive audio: ambient beds matched to biometric phase; spoken-word sessions selectable
- Coherence score: real-time blend of HRV, stillness, and heart rate (0–1)
- Demo mode: simulates lifelike biometrics when no wearable is connected
- Multi-device: normalized ingest accepts Apple Watch, WHOOP, Oura, Garmin, and others

## Phases

- Settling (teal/blue): transitioning toward calm
- Coherent (green/gold): open, balanced, high HRV
- Active (amber): elevated heart rate, engaged
- Stressed (rose): activated, compressed geometry
